How it Works

1) Register as a Transcriptionist

2) You will receive an email confirmation with a link follow the link to activate your account

3) Then login in and access your account

4) Once logged in upload you can view and participate projects awaiting bids

5) You can place your bid based on Minutes, Characters with spaces, Characters W/O Spaces, by Page, or by Line. Once your bid is placed the contractor will be notified by email

6) When your bid is accept you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the project

7) If you accept the project you will then have access to the audio files for transcription

8) Once the audio file is transcribed you can upload the file and enter the amount of billing by Minutes, Characters with spaces, Characters W/O Spaces, Page, or Line to calculate what the contractor owes for work performed.

9) The contractor can download the audio file once the money for the work is in an escrow account

10) If the file is acceptable quality and correctly billed the contractor can release funds immediately or the funds will be released on the 5th day automatically and deposited in your account if there is no Project Dispute. If there is a Project Dispute contractor/transcriptionist can contact the administrator and dispute the project freezing the escrow money and will not be released until the administrator makes a judgment as a neutral third party based on information from both the contractor and the transcriptionist. The Dispute process is a message board in place so both parties feel safe with the project process.

11) Once the project is complete the transcriptionist is able to leave a review about the experience they had with the doctor.
